425 for 45min to an hour, depending on how crispy you like them. I usually go for the full hour.

Dreamchaser to be honest I do not bake mine, I deep fry the wings naked untill they are crispy, I mix half olive oil and half reg veggie oil to do this.
Than I pour my sauce over and set them in the oven to broil for a few min.
The skins of the chicken wings get really crispy when fried ( I HATE soggy skins)
Only reason I put them in the oven at all is to thicken up the wing sauce

I only like mine baked. I smear with olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Turn the wings over. Bake for another 15 - 20 minutes. Yum.

I like to dry rub them in Cajun spice and put them under the broiler for 20-25 minutes on each side, depending on how hot the broiler is.

If I'm doing them Buffalo style, I like to deep fry them, and then toss them in a mixture of Frank's and butter. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.

I use the broiler too...I do them about 15 mins on each side, sometimes longer...

2 ways to season that I LOOOOVE:

Marinate them in Paul Newman's Vinagrette Salad dressing...add a shot of lemon juice. It makes them really tangy, yum...so I marinate them for as long as possible before cooking...a day, an hour, whatever. then as they're almost done, I sprinkle on some garlic salt and it crisps up the skin.

Or......I marinate them in "Soy Vey", a soy/teriyaki/garlic sauce. broil....brush on sauce 5-10 mins before they're done.
