Just getting the thread started for the week :)
Hi all! As of Saturday I was down 8 pounds :cheer2:
Today has been 100% clean all day.
B - nada
S - Slim Jim
L - Leftover pork loin. Pasta salad made with dreamfields and broccoli
D - ??

I'm on Day 2 without any cheating. The weekend was a total washout so I have to make up for it this week. LOL
I have no idea what I weigh, but my clothes still fit ... so it's all good. :)

Starting with a clean slate, again today. :rolleyes:
So far I've had two pieces of sausage quiche and some decaf green tea.
I don't know what lunch will be, but dinner is grilled fish and fauz potatoes.

WTG Ally! :rock: :rock: I am hanging in there, still not feeling 100% but much better than Sunday. I started having the mid-cycle TOM issues :rolleyes: Can't begin to say how old this is getting.
Yesterday's menu
B - nothing but coffee
S- 1/4 of an lc bar
L - 1 hamburger patty, 1 sl cheese, small green salad
S - 3 strawberries
Gym - Yoga/Abs
D - 1 chicken breast over broc/cauli mix w/ alfredo sauce
Here is where TOM kicked in
S- about 6 spoonfuls Carb freedom ice cream out of the carton, 4 stawberries w/whipped cream....then 2 big swirts of whipped cream out of the can...then 1 sl low carb rasin bread w/peanut butter..AND THEN picked two pieces of smoked hot sausage out of DH's red beans and rice :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
Today is a new day :)
Ven - wtg on 2 days clean eating :)

Happy Hump Day!
I weighed myself today and I have gained more than I thought. I was in a pissy mood when I got home yesterday and had PB for dinner, not on bread though - so I guess that is a good thing. :rolleyes:
Apart from that I was good.
Blech! I had fries with lunch. I didnt even realize the meal came with them and of course by then it was too late. :rolleyes: I am planning on going to the gym later tonight though.

Stayed on plan yesterday. I had some Sloppy Joe filling with my fauxtatoes for dinner. Fauxtatoes freeze very well.

Hi ladies :) My appetite is up :( Not sure if it is TOM or what. Staying legal but eating too much and I have let too many frakenfoods slip in. I am going to try to keep it steady for the rest of the week and then drop down to induction levels on Saturday. Most of it is poor planning on my part by not cooking ahead for the week. Carb Freedom Ice Cream is outta here.....causes too much gas anyway :D
Yesterday's menu:
B - 2 eggs, 1 sl lc toast w/butter, coffee w/H&H
S- 1/4 carbwise bar
L- 3 roasted chicken legs, green salad w/ceasar dressing
S - 1 Q-Smart bar, 1/2 sl low carb rasin bread w/1TBS PB
Gym - 35 minutes elliptical machine, weights-arms, abs on the incline
D - chicken wings w/LC BBQ sauce
S - strawberries w/whipped cream, 2 grapes, several spoonfuls of Ice Cream
Rose - is the fauxtato recipe posted?

S- Venti White Mocha Frap Light
L- Patty Melt w/ the bread (but it was oh so good)

HI gang:
I've been away and basically eating nothing but crap. This will continue until at least Tuesday. I have company coming and two parties this weekend and then I am away again until Wed. I can hardly wait for August to arrive because I don't have much planned until Aug 20 and maybe I can get my ever-expanding ass in gear! My weight is up but only a couple of pounds which is a miracle!

I don't think I lost anything this week, we will see tomorrow when I weigh. I have been fairly legal all week though. Yay Me!

I haven't been very good either. Apparently Domino's has a "low carb" pizza which is bascially their thin crust. Each slice of pepperoni has 6 net carbs so I had 3 slices for dinner last night. I don't know why I sabatoge myself after doing so well. I stayed legal today....will try to pull it back to together. I bought all the ingredients to make Artisan bread this weekend...looks really good :)
