Good morning, everyone!

As I had anticipated, I woke up CRAVING my workout. I did a good 30 minutes on the elliptical, and a complete strength training workout, including ab work.

I'm glad I let my body rest and heal instead of pushing too hard.

How is everyone else?

Hi Port! I did the Firm's Complete Aerobics & Weight Training today. It's a 60 minute workout that combines weightlifting and low impact aerobics. It felt great even though I was sweating BUCKETS!

After my dinner settles I am going to do another workout. I just traded with someone and got Cathe Friedrich's All Step workout and can't wait to try it. I find myself with a rare evening home all alone (YAY) so I get a bonus workout! Woo hoo!

Just got back from the gym. 10 minutes elliptical and an hour and a half weights, chest and triceps.

Forgot to post it yesterday :D

35 min elliptical machine, 3.20 miles, 373 calories burned. The weight area was full so didn't get any wieght training in.
