Looking for a Low-Fat, Low Carb Dessert Recipe

With Father's Day coming this weekend, I am looking for a low-fat, low-carb dessert recipe since half of my family are low-carbing with the other half low-fatting.

Any suggestions?

That's a tough one - most good low carb desserts are very high fat and most low fat desserts are very high carb. I would do a Jello type thing - pretty simple.
