Crust:
1 1/2 cups CarbSense Zero Carb Bake Mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup club soda
1 teaspoon salt
Then, add something for flavor like garlic powder or grated parmesan cheese or whatever you like. If you add the grated cheese, you may have to add a little more club soda.
Mix it all together and it should be like a thick pancake batter. Spray 2 jelly roll pans or 2 12 inch pizza pans with Pam (or whatever brand you like) and spread the batter as thinly and evenly as you can. Bake the crusts at 375 for 10 minutes.
After you take them out of the oven, spread with a low carb pizza sauce and top with your favorite toppings. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
