My name is Jimmy Moore and I lost 180 pounds on the Atkins diet in 2004. I have a low-carb blog called "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" and you can view a whole buncha before pictures where I weighed 410+ pounds and after pictures where I was able to get down to 230 pounds. WOO HOO!
