I am a dork and they let me hang with them today. We went to the pig place, ate some really good food, apparently Galatea is so special there she has her own table, I felt like royalty. We went to Mass at her church and then she took us to her office.

I brought Ven a poker chip from Reno (she collects them) and I brought G a catholic medal that was blessed by the Pope. She gave me a candle that I left at her house my mistake.

Her hair dryer broke just as I was walking in the house, but her hair looked great to me. I watched the famous football video (which was excellent) and then it was time to go to the mexican restaurante. Ven decided to ride with me, TO MY HORROR

a little explanation: I drive 3 hours a day to work, so you can imagine the shit I have piled up in the car, literally can't see the floor. I think there is a thermos in there that I last used in 2003. And I smoke, so my car stinks. I warned her and promised not to smoke while she was in the car.

G had a business meeting in the afternoon so we needed to take two cars. She drove through a beautiful neighborhood and I followed, the houses were incredible. We arrived at the pig place and they had their usual and I ordered the Menudo and some carnitas. Ven didn't want to try the menudo, but G did. We had good conversation and then it was time to go to church. Went to mass and met a rather devote woman with lots of "miracle" pictures which she gladly gave us all copies. We lit candles and then drove to G's office.
