Hi everyone. I'm officially down 9 lbs in the 6 days I've been on PP. I'm feeing really good, too. I already have more energy so I'm going to start walking today. :D

My blood sugar has returned to NORMAL levels without medication. It was soooooooo fast on PP. I mean, it went down on WW, but not this fast and not this low. I'm wondering if I stick with it, if I can stop taking my water pill that I normally take for my high blood pressure. I need to go check my BP at Rite Aid today to make sure it's not going too low. I've been getting VERY dizzy if I bend over and then stand up again. I nearly fell over yesterday, lol.

So far, this is my menu for today:

BN: 3 eggs fried in butter.
2 tbsps crustless SF coconut cheesecake

L: Tuna salad on 1 slice LC bread, pickle spear

D: ?? Chicken something

My water goal is 3 liters for today. I've already downed one, with two to go. :)
