Herbie (Hornbag) Savoury Cheesecake.
I made it crustless, but I guess you could use Pork Rinds and Parmasen with an egg if you wanted a crust. Someone here prolly knows. :)
3 x 250g of Cream Cheese (I used 3 boxes of Philiadelphia)
1 cup of Mayo
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of Mixed Herbs
250g of diced bacon
1 whole bunch of shallots (chopped fine)
1 tablespoon of Sundried Tomato Pesto
Black pepper to sprinkle on top
Preheat oven to 150C (330F)
Soften Cheese in Microwave, then beat everything together.
Pour into greased cheesecake tin.
Bake for 1hr at 150C (330F). Open oven door and let it cool with the oven. Fridgergate.
